Light Painting Workshop & Sauna Social

This unique event combines the therapeutic warmth of our sauna and the invigorating chill of ice baths with a creative twist. There are lots of ways that we can enhance our wellbeing and for many, creative projects and art can be a positive outlet to improve mental health, connect with others and share in something fun and unique.

We'll start the evening enjoying our signature sauna and ice bath session, rejuvenating your body, mind, and spirit and embracing the magic of the night.

We'll then gather for a Light Painting Workshop hosted by professional photographer, Kay Ransom, where you’ll learn to create mesmerising art using light in the darkness—an unforgettable experience that lets you channel your inner artist. Any photos we create will be available to download for free after the event.
